Ghosts?

So I'm removing a bunch of things from the Triumph tonight and I'm taking off the chain.. I get everything off and I'm going to put the removable link on so I know where it is... of course it falls, ON CLEAN SURFACE, I hear it.. GONE! I spent an hour looking for it... Sounds dumb, but It couldn't have gone far..I can't find it.. what the fuck.. stupid shit.. or Ghosts? A man just can't get ahead.
